Seasonals: Seasonals pay their own electricity, and are required to
maintain their own lawn and fire pits. The rate for electricity is $.15
per kilowatt. If we feel your lawn is not being properly maintained you
will be charged a $20 fee for us to mow your lawn. There will be a lawn
service available for $15 per mowing.
